Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the bdrich platform. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and bdrich.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdrich platform and all related services. When you register, log in, or use any service on bdrich, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.
1 Definitions and Introduction
1.1 Platform Overview
bdrich (https://bdrich.cam) is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers cricket betting, slot games, fishing games, and live casino services.

2 Registration and Eligibility Requirements
2.1 Age Requirement
To register and use bdrich services, you must be 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are not under 21. If it is later established that you are a minor, your account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual's name is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed and deposited funds being forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, truthful, and accurate. If false information is provided, bdrich reserves the right to close the account at any time. bdrich may request supporting documents at any time for identity verification purposes.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions
bdrich provides services to users located in Bangladesh. The platform may not be used from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.
3 Account Security and Management
3.1 Password and Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password strictly confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you believe your account is being accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited
Your bdrich account is personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.
3.3 Right to Close Accounts
bdrich reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of rule violations.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently supported on bdrich:

New payment methods may be added in the future. All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
4.2 Deposit Limits and Conditions
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).

- The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit.
- bdrich reserves the right to verify any deposit transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframes
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. For deposits of ৳12,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before it can be withdrawn. Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used in games.
- Each account may claim a promotion only once.
- bdrich reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another user.
- If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
5.4 VIP Program
The bdrich VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback for each tier is as follows:
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
bdrich is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartial outcomes.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
- Playing games using bots or automated software.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
- Colluding with other users.
- Any fraudulent activity.
6.3 Finality of Betting Results
Once a bet has been settled, the result is considered final unless a technical error is proven. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bdrich will decide whether to refund the relevant bet amount or offer a replay.
7 Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content displayed on the bdrich platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other materials — is protected under the intellectual property rights of bdrich or its respective suppliers. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any part of this content without prior written permission from bdrich is prohibited.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
12.2 Partial Invalidity
If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
